House

Testing a playground

Our parents have been keeping busy. They say we will move to a place called Boddegat and lots of other nice people will move there too. We have met many of those people and yes, they are nice. But where the 26 houses will be build is a bunch of trees now so we cannot move for a long time it seems. Today they took us to a place that’s like the Boddegat. They told us they wanted our opinion on the playground so we can get something similar for the Boddegat. We say yes to the homemade sandpit, big trampoline and of course we say YES to a waterpump!

We’re not sure our mum agrees because Miko stepped right into the pond that a created pumping, wearing her only pair of proper leather shoes. Pfff. The shoes were old anyway!
After the trip we had an improvised picnic lunch somewhere in Driebergen.

Household chores

I’m a great helper around the house.

I can cut the cauliflower.

And bring back the empty paper bin.

So I deserve a drink!

Sorry no

Sorry Dani,  we decided against the HEMAworst decoration. HEMA isn’t  open Sundays in Ede.

A change of view

No more counting wagons of the freight train. No more waving to the family at home while standing on the platform. No more (notified by txt) waving at friends zooming past in the international train. No longer can i see wether or not any windows or curtains on the north facing side of our house are open while I
‘m waiting for my train. It’s fairly amazing to see how fast a block of houses can be put up. Last bit of roof is up next. Like me, Miko enjoys watching the hard work across the road.
